What we cook

Oysters grilled with garlic butter, baked Rockefeller-style or fried. A Cajun boil with crab, lobster, shrimp, corn and more for the middle of the table. Melted shrimp tacos, a lobster roll with truffle-parmesan fries, and a bone-in ribeye for whoever came for steak.
